What really needs to be taken? Supplement help.

I take a multivitamin, Amino Acids and casine protein powder, fishoils. What else should i be adding into to the list?

I take a multi v, liv 52, creatine, bcaa+glutamine, and weight gainer. if i had the money instead of weight gainer i would buy a complex carb sup and whey isolate.

Why do you take Casein? before bed?

I would think if you were going to want one kind of protien powder it would be isolate(for right after a work out). Your food should be able to handle the rest.

Glutamine and creatine would be a nice addition.

Thats about everything i take...

Some other vitamins would be nice. Magnesium, calcium, zinc. I need to get some myself
