i just started high school football but have taken the year off to correct my patella femoral syndrome. an di need to build th muscles around my knees any good supplements to reccomend??

As I told both of my sons when they were your age.....food, then more food. Your are entering the prime of your life and your need nutrients to grow. Eat a well balanced diet staying away from simple carbs and you will be fine. Of course, you need to stay physical, also.
Supplements are for those that to much money and do not eat properly. Dont waste your money on supps, spend it on good food.
