Who here naps on a regular basis? I often have a nap during the day as I find that I need less total sleep than getting all my sleep in one solid block and I feel a bit more refreshed as long as I'm strict and don't nap for too long.
Expect that it could be quite beneficial from a bodybuilding perspective too.
Appreciate it's not practical for most people but does anyone else find napping beneficial

absolutely agree.
Being completely knackered after training at 4:30am, a nap half way through the day is a given.

Only on the weekends.

I'm always napping at work, one of the best reasons for working alone

thts when i know tht im at 100% in the gym on my split.. is when i need a power nap.. its great
