When I train at 5pm it don't do jack shit!
Get much better results training first thing in the morning!

I'm a morning person but I usually do the morning shifts at work which means starting at 7AM. I work out right after work, at 3:30 or 4PM.
I don't have enough energy left to workout after 6PM ...

Sometimes i work in the evening and sometimes i go to school in the morning. so, if i'm not doing one of those things, then i'm in the gym.

Ass...the other vagina.

I like to have at least 3 meals before i go to the gym, so evenings for me.

No set time for me, just when I can squeeze a run/workout in, more likely to get to the gym round 2pm and run either 6am or 5pm

I do tend to have a better workout in the mornings though, mostly because my gym gets heaving after tea time
