I am a proud mother of my child. I have a son of eleven years old. He wants to be an athlete. I support him as much as I can possible. He exercises twice in a day. It is very much hard job for my child. I want muscle, body and length of my child should be a better build up. So, if any body help me what kind of recipe or diet I provide him. So kind of you.

The absolute best thing you can do for your son is to teach him the benefits of eating pure natural unadulterated food. And steer him away from processed food.
Apart from that a moderate amount of protein, plenty of good healthy fat and the appropriate amount of carbs according to his needs.

Thanks for great informative reply. My son's aim is to be a sprinter. So how can do for my son to be an Olympic champion sprinter.
