squats are no problem. been trying to up my strength after eazy's post about doing body weight for age. best i can do for bench is 20 reps which is up from 16. deads though i can kill it and hit my age at 20lbs over

I would agree with Biggin. If you can't and you don't have back injury issues, then maybe it's a target that should be met and exceeded before going nuts on the bench press! Same goes for deadlifts!

im up to 375 at parallel.. going to deep in the bucket it really murder on my knees
