Physically Iâm good now my back is all better however, training has been light up until now. My goal is to rid some bf before I embark on a cycle Test e / dbol etc. Iâve have always struggled with cutting diets as cardio was a real stain on my back however 40mins on the treadmill the other day seemed a breeze.
As for previous cycles mainly Test e with the use of Phâs/dbol/anavar all followed with nolva/clomid
So, are we saying cut back on the carbs say about half then up the fats with nuts flax oil etc.
