Age: 29
Training Yrs: To long

Also will be looking a cycling to work daily 20mins
and 30-40 mins light cardio in the evenings

Many thanks for any comments

personally i see better results on a low carb diet not low fat. our body needs fat to live it does not need carbs. at 27 gr of fat a day you might not feel so good. what is you cycle history. are you a 100% ready to train. include ais and serms

Hey gym66

Physically I’m good now my back is all better however, training has been light up until now. My goal is to rid some bf before I embark on a cycle Test e / dbol etc. I’ve have always struggled with cutting diets as cardio was a real stain on my back however 40mins on the treadmill the other day seemed a breeze.

As for previous cycles mainly Test e with the use of Ph’s/dbol/anavar all followed with nolva/clomid

So, are we saying cut back on the carbs say about half then up the fats with nuts flax oil etc.
