What's your favourite training style

First time in 25 years of training. I have been shooting for 15 reps a set using much lighter weight, basic compound movements. I notice my body is much harder even without changing my diet and no more aches and joint pain associated with 6-8 reps I have been using forever. I am also sore as a bastard after working a body part. I noticed I am also keeping my size.
