Hey all. 34 year old from Canada. New to this board but been on several others and see lots of familiar people here. Been training almost 20 yrs, experienced for sure but wouldnt consider myself an expert on anything, but quite a bit of personal experience with training and other. Great to have boards rather then trial and error. Makes me realize how everything I used to to was wrong
