what's up bros? Decided to jump ship after many years with my former home board. To try to get back on a board that's about education of proper nutrition,health and bodybuilding and some gear chat too. A lot of the boards I have spent a little time on trying to decide if it was. A match all seem to be about the money. Get the money then get the power. A saying of my former boards Admin. I look forward to meeting and helping as much as possible. 25 years in the trenches and been on countless boards. Time to settle down to one board and maybe one woman.
