saw this link on the BBC website about whey protein and how in studies didn't make difference and is waist of money
the program trust me im a doctor is on tonight so may give watch and let you know what they say
but whats your take on this
surely you cant take that experiment as fair as don't know what they eat apart from the shake also genetics some may get bigger and stronger quick
