saw this link on the BBC website about whey protein and how in studies didn't make difference and is waist of money
the program
trust me im a doctor is on tonight so may give watch and let you know what they say
but whats your take on this
surely you cant take that experiment as fair as don't know what they eat apart from the shake also genetics some may get bigger and stronger quick

I haven't seen it obviously but I've seen the rest of their 'experiments' and you can pull them all apart so easily. So many holes!

theres a lot of questions I have with the experiment that they done, like did they use just regular whey protein or an isolate/concentrate protein?, for the group that got the protein did they get a meal replace with a shake or was it added to there daily meal intake?, 20gms of protein isnt enough to make a difference IMO my 10yo daughter eats more protein then that for her lunch

This is what they do with all their 'experiments'! There's just so many variables that none of their results mean a thing!
