[Armstrong]

I have been gone from the BB community for few years at least. I had a VERY bad accident where I lost my left leg and a few toes and its been a very hard road to recovery, I am just trying to get back into things, I have lost a tremendous amount of weight and im in the worst shape of my life. I will be posting up my transformation pictures, but I first have to get everything together including a new gym membership....yes I have to start over completely, I am very excited to get back into things, I will be posting more updates as they come
