For me its keto for two weeks have a good 2 or 3 days binge on carbs then back to keto il add in carb days as needed if I start to stall il lower more protein up my carbs for a couple of days then do the same thing but with higher protein than normal and low carbs it works amazing I know it seems like a lot but ive done this with great results its what I like and works for me Smile
