For me, it's simple. I just lower the fat content of my diet and increase cardio.

No fancy diets for me!

Mine I guess would be more Paleo, but really that's just fancy talk for meats, fruits and vegetables. I try to keep it as raw as possible but I don't count carbs or anything. If you are hitting it hard eating things like pineapple, oranges etc won't hurt you. The value of the food far outweighs the sugar. But then I don't compete so I don't really need to.

Same here really. Protein in the form of meat, fish and whole eggs. Plenty of veg, some fruit and cut right back on other carbs. I tend to keep my fat intake reasonably high for energy. I guess we are all different because unless I restrict carbs I just don't lose fat. Just restricting calories doesn't really work for me either coz I lose muscle.

Thinking about it, I find eating protein and not drinking it helps as well

for me it is all about counting macros correctly and eating clean. no cheat days just carb load on a schedual to keep everything burning. its all about will power and discipline.

For me its keto for two weeks have a good 2 or 3 days binge on carbs then back to keto il add in carb days as needed if I start to stall il lower more protein up my carbs for a couple of days then do the same thing but with higher protein than normal and low carbs it works amazing I know it seems like a lot but ive done this with great results its what I like and works for me Smile

I've always gone with the 2 on/1 off split. No problems with building a tolerance?
