high hammer rows 5 pps + 25(needed a spot)
rack deads super set w/
t bar
went up to 4 pps and 4 on the t bar
b/o rows super
set w/ reverse hypers
low cable partials
cable curls
dumbell curls
rope cable
hammer curl - went a little too heavy, but a little cheating never hurt anybody
March has been good to me as it has been a lot of hard work on cardio, and no slowing down on the weights
just a shout to GBN for the products and service that are going to bring me to the stage. Hopefully representing and doing them proud
