How often do you train?

Let me start with my workout schedule: I work out 3 times per week.

Monday: legs+abs;
Wednesday: chest+triceps+abs;
Friday: back+shoulders, biceps;

Last month it was 2 days per week. Monday chest with arms and friday back with legs.
