i should keep this in diet all year round but ive only really eat it during cut in summer
as it really does help keep that fullness for longer

I tend to sprinkle them on my (mainly spring and summer) evening snack of berries, plain Greek yoghurt, crushed nuts and shame on me some syrupy stuff/lemon curd for flavour
