Any thoughts on a training regimen for a 46 yr old?
Not looking to get huge, just cut and a bit more muscular.
Should I be doing 3 days per week from the start, or smaller workouts more than 3 times per week?
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Hi, did you ever went to the gym. If your body is accustomed to physical exercises you may go 3 times per gym and I can write you a good training program.

I have been to the gym, but before now, it's been about 2 years.
I would appreciate the work out schedule.
It would help a lot.
Thanks.

3 days is enough I'd say, lets see what MusclesProd will offer you.

I would suggest you 3 days training split. For example Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Day 1
Chest+Triceps
4 exercises in total
Day 2
Legs+Biceps
4 exercises in total
Day 3
Back+Shoulders
4 exercises in total
You may choose any exercises you want or I may post them for you. Just let me know.

Hey Robbie,
Training is going great.
I've lost 15lbs total so far, and can start to see the differences taking shape.
The cycle is going well.
3IU's of GH ED and 500mg Test E per week are working great with no sides to speak of.
I will be adding winny to this stack within a week or so as soon as it arrives.
Recovery time is great, pumps at the gym are fantastic and body fat is starting to disappear.
Things are going very well!
