I love db rows. I always end up cheating my form on bb rows as the weight gets heavier

awesome feel, esp b/c you have to drop the weight and get better feel
trust me on this. the back really screams this way as opposed to the overall body jerk of the b/o row done with the barbell
been liking partials on pulldowns as well, but nothing like the rows
agreed i think its also i bit of ego and thinking you have to lift giant weights to get big if your muscles arent contracting right your wasteing more time

nothing is better for soreness then walking lunges. I swear I am already sore from 2 hours ago

Walking lunges? I like them too. Now my legs are too big I need to put more accent on calves to keep proportions.

ah lunges did em for a while acted up my knee for a while good ut not worth it for me at this point. squats squats squats leg raises calf rasies more squats and legcurls oh and squats lol
