what are your plans for the summer bro?

adding lean mass, but not too much too fast(as if that is possible!!!)
what I specifically mean is I have a photo shoot with gnc that is supposed to be scheduled soon, so i cannot get out of control w/my calories. after the shoot is over, weight gain through january and then stage next may twice and then national show later in summer, hopefully in the next weight class up
