Dumbell shrugs
Upright rows
Bent over lat raises(when doing this one, make sure that your elbows are as far forward as possible/comfortable)
Deadlifts

Pull-ups

Work your way up to 20 dead hang BW reps and you will have a big back.

I left the Marine Corps 23 years ago and I still get comments on how big my lats and back are. My best set back then was BW + 3x45lb plates for 8 reps. I was around 195lbs ripped. Man, I miss being that young.
