instead of spending money on weight gainers anyone tried to prepare gainers at home?

Polyunsaturated fat: 2.7 Gr
Cholesterol: 0 mg
Dietary fiber: 6.2 Gr
Soluble fiber: 2.2 Gr
Insoluble fiber: 4.0 Gr
Sodium: 186.3 mg
Iron: 8.8 mg
Calcium: 936 mg
Potassium: 740 mg
Phosphorus: 307 mg
Vitamin A: 415 mg
Vitamin C: 20 mg
Vitamin D: 2.25 mg
Vitamin B2: 0.42 mg

Ingredients:
oat 100 Gr.
2 large bananas.
300ml of milk.



Preparation:
To make it easy to take this shake follow the steps I will indicate below:
1) Put the 100 Gs. oats in a blender and process until finely ground cereal.
2) Cut a banana into small pieces and add the milk.
3) Blend
4) Add the second banana and blend again
(According to the liquid consistency add more milk or a touch of vanilla yogurt.)
5) If you want you can also add one or two tablespoons of cocoa powder.
