Have a pint of full fat milk with some casein and a spoonful of olive oil. That'll give you a slow digesting trickle of calories and aminos. You might wake up for a piss but that applies to drinking a mass gainer anyway.
So I’ve increased my caloric intake by 500, and I am still hungry by the end of the night. I’m thinking of going for more, but I am debating where it is gonna come from. How do you all feel about mass gainers? Worth it, or stick with food.
