if dosages are low should be fine, on higher doses can lead to sides but only if your prone to them

Good. I havent had any on Gh either and some report they have it pretty bad. I only use 3 IU's a day too though. Not much compared to some

main side on winni is joint pain but it varies from person to person , ive took it and had no joint pain at all
