Depends what your goals are. I train to complete failure on every body part and every session. But if you want to rip up you have to do the cardio. Sometimes it wil be bike sometimes fast walking on treadmill.

I put 110% into weight training though and im do shattered for cardio

Yes thats the hard part getting up early and doing it, after training is easy enough because your already hyped up.

Ide have to get up at 6:30 though as I have to get a college bus at 8
