i cant answer bc not registered on other site, but what size needles are you using? i use a 19 gauge to draw with then swap to a smaller needle to pin with. with a 19 gauges, test will draw just about as fast as you pull back the plunger. but with smaller gauged needles, yes, that is normal
Yes bro, its normal, while the needle is in the oil there will be pressure, as soon as you remove the needle or the amp empties then the pressure will be released just keep pulling on the plunger until you have your desired amount. if you are putting in 1ml the pull the plunger to the 2 or 3 ml line on the syringe and hold it.
