ha yeh well over here u can get this stuff called blue bear diet its diet redbull n im dieting clearly so cant eat to much carbs i have to b very careful with carbs or im a puff ball ha
hey lads just done my 3th set of squats and i can barely stand not going to heavy but i am taking clen starting 2day n cramping like mad after every set any ideas on how to reduice this?? thanks again lads
