I would run pct the same as you normally do for a test cycle, I have never done pct on a primo cycle when run on its own

if I do 16 week would I be best running a better pct than the norm?

you can use primo safely for up to 20 weeks, I would go 400, 600, 800, 1000 over 4 weeks

I personally never go that high fella but if I was I would build it up then down the last few weeks

I'm I safe using primo @1000mg or building it up through the weeks, running test sus with it 4 12-16 weeks
