its also possible that you injected close to a nerve and the pressure of the oil is whats causing the pain

it maybe that you hit a nerve when pulling the needle out, thats got me a few times and you can barely walk

I've found the best way to do it, is to inject about an hour before training legs then hit your legs hard

I don't get any pain at all in the butt and shoulder! Wasted day not eating or training! Raging!! Can't even finish a muffin
