Only 2l till 18:00. Sounds like it could really be the reason. It really took me be surprise because I can usually tell with good accuracy how many reps I have left in the tank.
Could large intake of salt an hour before training mess with my strength? My quads literally gave up today during second rep of squating and I dropped the weight. I did 4 reps last week.
