hhmmm maybe i have being on test for a while and do have some water from it but the past 2 weeks its beong worse and i dont think its being from the test im training has goten crazy intense. im dieting and i set a PB on dumbell curl 21.5kg of 8 reps 2sets
Well i sweated off 2.5 pounds of water just from weights and i drink 800ml of water durning my workout so dam yeah i am holding quite a bit of water :/
Havent a clue mate. i know im holding some water from the test but this is diffrent. i never use much salt either and i drink 5liters of liquids a day sometimes more
