killed it yet again
strenght is deffo gone uo a good bit from last week. i usely do 120kg for 10-12 reps for 3-4 sets and dwon drop the weight and do more and so on stayed around 120kg -110kg for nealy all my deadlifts haapy about that

Tip to reduce weight: First turn your head to the right, then turn your head to the left - Repeat process everytime you are offered something to eat!
