Eggs are without a doubt one of the best sources of protein available. They easily surpass all other foods, because they contain some many other nutrients, besides protein and healthy fast, such as lots of vitamins and minerals. This protein/fat combo can be cooked in so many ways that you’ll never get bored of eating it. Poached, hard-boiled, scrambled, fried or in an omelet with lots of healthy vegetables. They really are what you would call a “super-food”.
