There’s a reason this old-school exercise is still part of every boxer’s training. A study from Waseda University found that men who performed three 10min jumping sets burned up to 200kcal and suppressed their appetites more successfully than those who had a similar bike session. The effect lasts for up to 15min after you stop – assuming you don’t trip over.
