Don't agree at all. I never get 7 hours sleep. Ever. So I should be chronically obese by now. I'm actually as low a body fat as I've been for decades. It's all about diet!

what fat you at stillgoing been on diet should kept us informed
most nights I easy get 8 plus hours but sometimes with sweats and trensomnia I wonder if it really is 8 hours
