Training on an empty stomach

The European Journal of Applied Physiology found that working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach doubled the magnitude of muscle growth signals.

People say to me its possible to be too big.....but for me I dont want a physique thats average something thats reachable, I want something thats unobtainable that looks like its so hard to get, yes women hate it, BUT I FUCKIN LOVE IT....SO FUCK IT!! why do I want this??? CAUSE NORMAL FUCKIN SUCKS!!!

If you haven't eaten carbs for between 6 to 8 hrs (preferably longer to be on the safe side) then you should be burning fat. If you then eat plenty of carbs and protein straight afterwards your body will just love ya! !!

And if the above advice is correct then you have all the ingredients to grow and cut at the same time. Perfect 😆
