ive seen people in the gym with these
and one thing is at least i know there a knob without having to hear about endless storys of there mud runs lol
anyway hears vid from jason blaha and sort of get it
at high elevation the air is thinner not restricted so counter productive to train with them
anyone see these at there gym or maybe i need to get new gym as it a fitness first
