Oats with protein powder
2 eggs
2 tins of tuna with 250g of rice
2 apples
2 protein bars
Chicken and veg
Protein shake

today I wasnt able to get much food in, had my 3-4 shakes, 6 whole eggs, some salmon sashimi (raw salmon), chicken and rice, couple glasses of Insul-X (strait carb drink), and some fruit, still gonna get and couple meals in before bed.

since got little cold no where near enough food not great time to have when just finishing up cycle havnt trained for few days too hopping back tomorrow
