right im into my first real cut when have to keep gainz
im doing really well so far down from 24-25% bf to 13-14% at moment
and would say upper body not lost that much size deffo feel flat but i expected that
but lower body i feel like ive really lost size ive even lost definition as had the seperation lines and now seem to fade
i have to admit my leg days have been more than crap and no where near as heavy as train legs on friday
and due to cardio been doing running/bike/curcuit training by friday my legs are allready killing this is why feel not doing so great on leg workout
could change it monday but then dont think id be able to do cardio after legs for few days
options ive come up with are
1)man the fuck up and push them leg workouts out
2)do cardio mon/tue/weds and then rest so by friday should be ok
3)drop the cardio and make up by dropping cals
4)deal with the loss for few weeks as start tren and they may help also have some tbol can run at end just to bring back some size
anybody have any thoughts

Have you measured them, are they really shrinking or do you just think they are?

i havent mesured them no and yes may be all in my head
they just look smaller in mirror
i will mesure them and track from now on

feeling better after good leg workout yesterday
stoped cardio thrs and fri so legs felt fresh for the workout

I have found that if I do a bike/treadmill for cardio that my legs shrink up a bit, stepmill no issues though.

well first off what morph is ur body???? Second// ur probobly not eating enough calories.. And u have to much cortisol running into ur bloodstream due to under-ealting.. (and workingn out to much..) which in ur understanding over-training
