At 45yrs old I'm in better shape than in anytime before. Definately been a lifestyle change. Got wrapped into these boards many years ago doing my reading and research. Wound up being staff on a few- then bought my own. After getting tired of the BS and drama , I walked away from this community(needed a break). Well I decided to come back with a new name and open a new board. All my old staff showed back up, so now I'm just getting me feet wet again, so to speak, and getting back out in the community to see new faces and get back in the groove. This looks like a solid board, so I hope you don't mind me dropping in from time to time. Only here to be a member and catch up on things I've missed over the last few years.
