A cautious welcome bro!! My wife has relatives in Canada and they are all mad lol!! Welcome to HM!!

Sent from the darkest region of my brain!!

The Iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found. There is no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and body have been awakened to their true potential, it’s impossible to turn back.

I been lifting for 20+ yrs, started as a PLer and stuck to that for a good 8 yrs. Now ima PLer/BBer. I LOVE pushing my body to the breaking point each and everyday and growing my body beyond the norm! I stand out in any mall and LOVE IT when ppl stare!

I was a skinny lil mofo and had to change that to get more respect haha. I acomplished that by adding over 100lbs of mass over the yrs Wink changed my life as a whole! This sport is my life!
