When im bulking i put a half cup of pb in my oatmeal everyday. I would eat more if i could make it fit my macros

I love Peanutbutter. I add Adams to my shakes. I could also sit and eat a jar in one sitting...lol

I have about 3 tbl spoons in my shake with a banana, spinach, whey isolate protein and frozen seeded grapes. (and whole milk)

I love it, but sadly i have to stay away from it because it gives me Acid Reflux. I do not no why but it just does not agree with my body anymore.

LOL. If I'm not mistaken I don't think you can 'take' creatine. But I might be wrong.
If you mean eat peanut butter, I'd say I get more than the recommended serving per day
