How do you push through a lifting plateau
#1

Sometimes, when you’re at the gym you can hit a wall and for some reason can’t get that final rep or lift that extra weight.

Some people will have a spotter to help them through, or a certain tune to listen to, or even just move away from the bench, re-group and go again.

I learn sometime ago that if I don't try to max every time, my body will react better than trying to max every times. After find my 1MR I been sticking to no more than 90% with multiple sets of singles or doubles depending the exercise. Do max reps may be 1 no more than two a month to see where I'm at. Also adding auxiliary exercise to my weaker points does help.

What a RUSHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
