Are you kidding me? Yeah, Dorian Yates is almost 50 years old but his overall physical shape and his abs in particular are very impressive. Okay, I know that he is a six-time Mr. Olympia, so he is no ordinary guy, but how many 50 year old guys do you know that look even remotely as good as he is?
