Hey guys, I just recieved new gear. When it arrived the rubber stopper was pertruding out some. The gear traveled a long long way and its really hot here, like 100+f. Is the heat the cause of the stopper wanting to pop out and is the gear ok?

I would suggest that you do not use it,
You say the stopper is pertruding out, So there is a possibility that the seal is broken which would mean that its not sterile anymore.
It is possible that it was shipped like that, Is it from a reputable source?
Is it a reputable lab? I'm trying to find out if it happened during shipping or if its from a bad lab or source.
But please don't use it!
If you can try and get the source to exchange it

I heard about this happening with AXIO gear. When you pop the top off if you dont flick it off or right, this can pull the rubber stopper out and cause you problems with it being contaminated.
Do not use it. Post a picture and we will let you no for sure.

Hey guys, sorry it took so long to get back. Had surgery Friday to repair a hernia so i guess i want be needing any gear for a few weeks any how. But any way it came from Geneza pharmaceuticals and the seal is not broken, it is just pertruding out a little. Top cap is still on i was just concerned if heat could have damaged product. Soon or later i'll be able to post a pic. Thanks
