been training years now and taking gear for a few to, from my first cycle ive always just done 14 weeks deca 300mg a week and 16 sust 300 mg twice a week and a stand pct of nolvadex and vit E. If it works keep it simple i think. Ive never displayed and real sides just a bit of acne on the back that comes out about week 12. The problem ive had is when ive pissed the water away i look tight on shoulders, arms, and chest as i suffer very little water retention. But cant get that waist line down to 32 inchs and as soon as i up the cardio when im off cycle i start to lose the gains my diet and training are sound as im ex forces back then 28 inchs was easy but i was only 12 stone lol.Right to the point im going to try a lean mass cycle and would like ur thoughts,as i only pin twice a week
week 1-8 50 mg a day winny tabs
week 1-16 200mg sust twice a week
week1-13 200 mg tren E twice a week
pct 19 - 23 nolva clomid vit e

I googled 15 stone and found out the 1 stone = 14 pounds, so 15 stone is 210 pounds.

cheers for that here in the UK we tend to do wieght by stones or Kgs.

tren is a progestrine nolva up regulates prolactin receptors i would get caber for on cycle some .5mg 2x wk aromasin for on cycle 12.5mg ed or eod and switch nolva with clomid. you do not want to produce milk.

could u give me some more info on caber and aromasin the only other pct products im familer with is anastrozole and proviron although ive only used nolvedex and clomid they were all that i need for the cycles i did. but thanks for opening my eyes i just thought tren not causing estrogen so would have not probs in that area cheers.
