can some please explain the 40 40 20 method to me , ive been told about it but im not sure how you work it out

This is 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat, plan.
I must say you that everyone is different so you must try it as each body reacts different to the same diet plan.
However it also depends on your goals. This plan will be good to have productive workouts as you have enough carbs and proteins.
Once you try it, let us know how it goes.

bump , its quite difficult to get this into your head though in the first place, diet can be made soooo over complicated !!
