I know people who practically live at the gym but I'm sure several of you know that working out longer than an hour can cause your body to start producing more lactic acid, cortisol, along with other things...
Personally speaking, once I get going - it's hard to stop. How much time do you spend working out?

i mix up my carb drink of 100g of dextrose i drink half during my workout and half after. this keeps my energy up. i lift for about 1 hour then cardo for a half. if your eating enough i doubt you will have a problem extending your workouts a bit.

45 to 60 min's weights and 15min's cardio.. as i can only do 3 times a week if i could go 5 days a week, it would be no more then 30 min's
There's a saying, "You grow at home, not in the gym."

No more than two hours. That's 15-20 minutes of Cardio. 15-20 minutes of Sauna. About an hour-ish hitting the weights and the rest bitching and complaining about people looking themselves in the mirror or leaving the weights all over the floor...

3 hours a week, all weights.
Currently bulking as much as I can, I do 3 sessions:
Chest, shoulders, tris
Legs and lower back
Back and bis
Abs twice a week.
Thats it for me, an hour a workout, usually it can take a little longer if I'm helping spotting my gym buddy, but if we aren't chatting or in a hurry, itll be less than an hour.
